Mounting:
This mantel includes a steel, floating design mounting bracket. Fastener slots are positioned to align with two or more studs in a wall. The mantel easily slides onto the posts of the bracket and the snug fit provides a secure attachment. The routered backs of the mantel hide the bracket, providing a seamless connection with a flat wall or mounting surface.
