Urban Bench

The Urban Bench pairs locally salvaged Winnipeg elm with clean black steel U-legs for a simple, modern look. Designed as a matching companion to the Urban Dining Table, it also works beautifully as standalone seating in a dining room, entryway or open-concept space.

The solid elm benchtop is shaped with a ¾” bottom chamfer, creating a lighter visual profile while preserving the strength and character of the 1½”-thick hardwood. Gently rounded 1” corners soften the rectangular design.

Choose a Natural finish to highlight the lighter tones of the elm or a Tobacco stain for a warmer, richer appearance. Both options are protected with a durable, low-sheen hardwax oil finish.

Every Urban Bench is made from recycled Winnipeg elm boulevard trees. Natural differences in grain, colour, knots and other characteristics make each bench one of a kind. The design can be recreated consistently, but every finished piece will vary slightly from the one shown.
