At Urban Lumber, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada only.
Carriers
We ship with Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, local couriers, and freight carriers (for oversized items).
Processing Times

Ready-made orders: Ship within up to 10 business days.

Custom orders: Ship within up to 4 weeks.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped (except for freight shipments, where tracking may not be available).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is approximately 5 business days within Canada once your order has shipped. Expedited or express shipping is available at the customer’s request and expense.
Shipping Costs

Floating Shelf Kits: Free shipping within Purolator’s size and weight limits.

All other orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and carrier rates.

Oversized & Furniture Orders: Large furniture or oversized pieces will be shipped by freight. Shipping will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Local Options

Local Pickup: Available from our shop at no charge.

Local Delivery: Available within our service area. Please contact us for availability and rates.
Shipping Damage & Claims
In the rare case your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will work with the carrier to submit a claim. Resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
